MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Submission Standards

Manuscripts submitted to  Pedagogy Insights - An International Peer-Reviewed Journal of Multidisciplinary Research  must be original, well-structured, and aligned with established academic and ethical standards. The journal welcomes high-quality scholarly contributions that demonstrate clarity, relevance, and methodological rigor. Submissions that do not comply with the prescribed guidelines or lack academic quality may be returned to the authors for necessary revision before entering the review process.

Article Categories

  • Research Articles: Original studies presenting well-defined objectives, methodology, and evidence-based results
  • Review Articles: Critical and comprehensive evaluation of existing literature and recent advancements
  • Case Studies: In-depth analysis of specific cases, practices, or applied research scenarios
  • Editorials & Commentaries: Scholarly insights, discussions, or critiques on contemporary academic issues
  • Perspective Papers: Author’s analytical viewpoints on emerging trends and research topics
  • Letters to the Editor: Constructive academic responses, critiques, or clarifications related to published work

Manuscript Structure

  • Cover Letter: Includes submission statement, originality declaration, and article details
  • Title Page: Full title, author(s) name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and corresponding author information
  • Abstract & Keywords: A concise summary (150–250 words) highlighting objectives, methodology, and key findings, followed by 4–6 keywords
  • Main Text: Structured into Introduction, Methodology, Results/Analysis, Discussion, and Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments & References: Proper recognition of contributions and accurate citation of all sources

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman (12 pt for text, 14 pt for headings)
  • Line Spacing: 1.5 with justified alignment
  • Language should be clear, concise, and academically appropriate
  • Abbreviations should be standard and defined at first occurrence

Author Responsibilities

Authors submitting manuscripts to Pedagogy Insights are expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity and professionalism. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their work is original, properly structured, and accurately referenced. All sources must be appropriately cited, and necessary permissions should be obtained for any copyrighted material. Authors should also ensure that the manuscript complies with the journal’s submission guidelines and is free from grammatical and formatting errors before submission.

Submission & Review

Authors are required to submit manuscripts in MS Word format along with all necessary documents, including cover letter, figures, and supplementary materials. Each submission undergoes an initial screening process to ensure compliance with journal standards, followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The review process typically takes 4–6 weeks, ensuring quality, transparency, and fairness in publication.
