1. General Requirements

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are expected to ensure clarity, academic rigor, and relevance to the scope of the journal.

2. Language and Formatting Standards

Manuscripts should be written in clear, fluent English or Hindi. The document must be prepared in MS Word format using a standard font style, proper spacing, and uniform margins as per journal guidelines.

3. Manuscript Structure

A well-structured manuscript should include the following components: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

4. Title Page Information

The title page must clearly mention the title of the manuscript, full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, email addresses, and the details of the corresponding author.

5. Abstract and Keywords

Each manuscript must include a concise abstract of 150–250 words that highlights the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusion of the study, followed by 4–6 relevant keywords.

6. Citations and Referencing Style

All in-text citations and references must follow a consistent academic referencing style (APA/MLA or as prescribed by the journal). Accuracy and completeness of references are the responsibility of the authors.

7. Tables, Figures, and Illustrations

Tables, figures, and illustrations should be clearly numbered, properly titled, and placed close to their first reference in the text. All graphical elements must be of high resolution and academically relevant.

8. Ethical Standards and Originality

Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are free from plagiarism and comply with ethical research standards. Proper acknowledgment of all sources is mandatory.

9. Submission Procedure

Manuscripts should be submitted in editable MS Word format through the official submission system or email provided by the journal.

10. Author Responsibility

The responsibility for the accuracy of data, originality of content, and ethical compliance rests entirely with the authors. The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet publication standards.
